ServYou is a digital platform that connects customers with independent service providers across various service categories. ServYou does not provide the services listed on the platform and does not process payments between customers and service providers for services rendered.
Service providers may subscribe to ServYou by paying a monthly subscription fee. This subscription grants providers access to the platform, customer inquiries, lead management tools, profile visibility, and related platform features.
The subscription fee is the only payment processed through ServYou's payment gateway.
All subscription fees paid by service providers are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and platform access has been granted.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Failure to secure customers or service bookings.
Temporary inactivity by the provider.
Dissatisfaction with the volume of customer inquiries.
Failure to utilize the platform services.
Account suspension resulting from violations of ServYou's Terms of Service.
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payments caused by technical errors.
Unauthorized transactions verified by the payment provider.
Subscription payments successfully processed but platform access was not provided due to a verified system error.
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
ServYou does not collect, hold, process, or facilitate payments between customers and service providers for services booked through the platform.
Any payment arrangements, disputes, refunds, cancellations, service quality concerns, or compensation claims arising from services rendered are solely between the customer and the independent service provider involved.
ServYou is not responsible for issuing refunds related to services performed by providers.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the subscription payment date and should include sufficient information to verify the transaction.
ServYou reserves the right to investigate all refund requests before approval.
